The SPENGLE Carbon Monocoque is designed to be the fastest, safest, and most agile ENDURO wheel on the market, it is equally at home as an all-mountain/XC wheel, and it’s an awesome 650b gravel-bike wheel. It was never intended to be an out-and-out downhill wheel, and we didn’t make it to be a jump wheel. It’s tough, fast, and agile – it’s NOT indestructible!
For the original owner we WILL cover ALL structural damage to the CARBON BODY or HUB caused from riding. Email: [email protected], with a short description of how the damage happened and your proof of purchase – please make sure you include your contact details in case we need to get in touch.
We will respond ASAP (minutes/hours, not days), and depending upon where you are in the world we will provide you with a return shipping address.
Ship your wheel back to us, we will check it over (hours, not days), and upon confirmation of return address, and appropriate replacement model in stock, we will send your new SPENGLE wheel back to you.

*We operate a really simple warranty program because we are confident in the engineering of our wheels – if you do damage a wheel we want to work with you to find out how it happened, so we can take steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again!
